Whoa nelly, a slowly creeping and then suddenly annihilating drunk!! Half a bottle of melot and then almost half a bottle of kijafa, sweet cherry danish wine. So very fine. A mellow evening hanging out talking with my boy, listening to donovan and polynesian rhythms and the ink spots and indonesian dance music and then finishing up with the pet shop boys. Laughing so hard my mouth aches. Smoking waay too many cigarettes and playing with the holographic cigarette package. Looking closely, nay, inspecting, the new chinese tiger tattoo. It is brilliant. Many colored and incredibly detailed. He sat for two and a half hours for it. Wow. So nice to spend an evening connecting with him. Talking so easy and funny. Both of us being a little taken aback, it seems, at how long it has been since we had this kind of an evening and how many things we have not told each other, that we thought we had. So now we are caught up, and I need to make a point of getting to his house in the near future to see his metal videos. He reenacted his favorite scene from his favorite Judas Priest video for me. Precious. Before that sweet drunken evening time we had our meet and greet planning meeting for the May Queen show and everyone was bright and lovely and it is going to be a fantastic time. The talent of the women of Pittsburgh is ASTOUNDING!! and plus there is going to be CUPCAKES. hee hee. |
